In the event of cancellation, we apply the following charges:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund (minus administrative costs).
- Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount.
- Within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total booking amount.
We always recommend our guests to take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
