This covers the business side of the booking.
- Reservation: A booking is final upon receipt of the 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before arrival.
- Security Deposit: We require a deposit of € 100, which will be returned within 2 days after departure, provided no damage has been found.
- Liability: The owners are not liable for theft, loss, or damage to guests' property, nor for accidents in or around the accommodation.
- Damage: Any damage must be reported immediately and will be charged.
