Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and payment

A reservation is officially confirmed once a deposit of 20% has been received. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before arrival. If payment is not received on time, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking.

2. Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Although we try to be flexible, our standard policy applies:

• If you cancel up to 7 days before check-in, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00.
• Check-out: Before 11:00. This gives us time to prepare the bungalow for our next guests.
