To arrange your stay and comply with legal requirements, we collect the following information:

• Details from your identity document (passport or national ID card).
• Payment and transaction information.
• Booking dates and specific guest preferences.
• Video footage from our security cameras in designated public areas.

4. Why we process your data

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Reservation management: To confirm and manage your booking and communicate with you about it.
• Legal obligation: Under Spanish law, we are legally required to register all guests over 14 years of age with the local authorities.
• Financial administration: For invoicing, tax compliance and internal accounting.
• Security: To help keep our guests and property safe through video surveillance.

5. Video surveillance (CCTV)

For your safety, Hacienda El Mirador is equipped with a camera system.

• Locations: Cameras are installed at the entrance gate, outside the house and in the car park. There are no cameras inside the bungalows or on private terraces.
• Retention period: Video footage is automatically overwritten after 30 days, unless an incident requires it to be kept longer for a legal investigation.
