Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. To offer all our guests the best possible service, we apply the following policy for cancellations and changes:

1. Free cancellation
You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival time (local time at the property).

Example: If your check-in is on Friday at 15:00, you must cancel no later than Wednesday at 15:00.

2. Late cancellation
If you cancel or change your booking within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the first night's stay.

3. No-show
In the event of a "no-show" (failure to arrive without prior notice), the full reservation amount will be charged to the credit card provided or invoiced accordingly.

4. How to cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please email haciendaelmirador1991@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website, quoting your booking number.
